According to Oleh Synehubov, who leads the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, among those wounded are 66 women, 28 men, and eight children.
A total of seventeen individuals were admitted to hospitals, which includes a 4-year-old girl, a 1-year-old boy, and a 14-year-old girl. It has been reported that three of those affected are in serious condition.

Syenhubov stated that the assault resulted in substantial destruction within the Osnovianskyi district, smashing windows and doors across 20 residential complexes and demolishing at least 25 vehicles.
The mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, stated that search and rescue efforts are still underway, as there is concern that individuals might be buried under the debris.

The attack, involving cluster bombs, also caused damage to more than 20 apartment complexes and over 30 individual houses.
The early morning attack represented yet another lethal intensification of Russia’s continuous operations aimed at assaulting Ukrainian urban areas and civil amenities.
