“As I mentioned, we are currently talking about an unconditional ceasefire—and up until this occurs, territorial discussions are off the table,” President Zelensky stated. “You’re aware of my stance and our non-negotiable points: we won’t acknowledge any of our temporarily occupied areas as part of Russia,” he added.

Ukrainian authorities reported that they have inked the framework for a mineral agreement with the US, suggesting that a finalized pact might be concluded within the coming seven days.
The Ukrainian Minister of Economy, Yulia Svyridenko, posted images on X showing her signing the framework for the initial mining agreement with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Buessent individually.
“We are pleased to announce the signing, alongside our American counterparts, of a Memorandum of Intention. This memorandum clears the path for an Economic Partnership Agreement and the creation of the Investment Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine,” she stated on X.
The Ukrianian minister said that the signed document “notes the desire of the American people to invest together with the Ukrainian people in a free, sovereign, and secure Ukraine”.

stated on Thursday after announcing considerable advancement toward a mining agreement with the United States.
“We think that Chinese delegates are involved in manufacturing certain weaponry within Russian territories,” he informed journalists inKyiv.
He didn’t clarify if he was referring to artillery systems or shells.
This accusation may add more tension to the relationship between Kyiv and Beijing after the detention of several Chinese citizens who were reportedly fighting alongside Russia. Up until now, China has attempted to project an image of impartiality regarding the three-year conflict sparked by Russia’s comprehensive assault on Ukraine.
