Despite the announced energy truce effective from March 25th, Russian troops have conducted over 30 attacks on Ukraine’s power facilities, according to Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi.

Tykhyi observed that within just the last 24 hours, three breaches of the accord took place: transformers sustained damage in Mykolaiv Oblast as well as near Kherson City because of Russian assaults, and a transmission line was struck in Poltava Oblast.
