More than 150 distinct appearances were identified on RT and Sputnik — media outlets that serve as propaganda tools for the Russian government. According to the report, Martin, who serves as the current interim U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C., was featured as a guest commentator across these platforms from August 2016 through April 2024, based on an examination of their websites and the Internet Archive’s collection of TV broadcasts.
